Pixclaim (“we”, “our”, “us”) operates the platform at pixclaim.com. We connect photographers with brands seeking authentic visual content. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data in accordance with GDPR and applicable laws.

• Account data: name, email address, password (hashed), role (photographer/brand)
• Profile data: biography, website, company information, industry
• Photos: images you upload, metadata (EXIF stripped on processing), AI analysis scores
• Payment data: processed via Stripe — we never store full card numbers
• Usage data: login timestamps, IP addresses, browser type (for security)
• Communications: support messages, notifications preferences

3. How we use your data

• Providing and improving the Pixclaim platform
• AI-powered photo analysis and brand matching
• Processing payments and payouts via Stripe Connect
• Sending transactional emails (license offers, payment confirmations)
• Fraud prevention and platform security

4. Legal basis for processing

We process your data under the following legal bases: performance of a contract (providing the service), legitimate interests (fraud prevention, security), legal obligation (tax, compliance), and consent (marketing communications, which you can withdraw at any time).

We share your data only with: Stripe (payments), AWS (storage and AI analysis), Google Cloud (AI Vision API), and email service providers. We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose data when legally required.
